Lioso was born from a large capsule like tower, the tower completely fabricated him from the worst place to do so. The internet... his entire body, memories, and personality designed from all branches of the Lioso anti virus.
The Lioso Anti virus is one of the most popular anti viruses in existence. It has spawned an entire Anime, toy collection, book series, and fandom some good and some not so good.
