Personality: Decibel has no real memory of who he was before he woke up in an Asylum, This was quite the kicker as he seemed to be a rather good fellow. He is polite, a bit flirty, but he is kind and a bit Naive. Decibel though is quick to get angry when someone finds what clicks his angry switch. Decibels mannerism are a bit odd as he still tends to bow, salute, instead of wave.

Bio
Decibel has no real idea on who he used to be before waking up in an Asylum, which was quite a kicker as he knew exactly where he was. Though he couldn't be fitted in a straitjacket due to the massive suit of armor that seemed to be completely grafted to his exoskeleton under it.
Decibel is known as a bit of a loud mouth as his escape from the Asylum was quite the spectacle. Blowing the doors off the building with just his voice. He now wanders the streets to try and find where it is that he came from, and perhaps flirt with a girl or two.
Extra: Decibel does not understand just how loud he is.

Specialty: Decibel uses Sound to attack, his suit features a sort of dome helmet that comes from the neck piece. He can only attack in four directions, left, right, front, and back, but these attacks can come out in harsh blasts, or tornado like cones. He can also project this intense sound from ports on the palms of his hands.
Decibel's voice is capable of throwing smaller people and even popping heads if people become trapped in it for too long.
Decibel does not need to breath, as his suit filters hair and pumps it directly into his lungs through tubs in his mouth. His screaming though can make him hoarse which will make him resort to old fashion fistie cuffs.
