Personality: He manages to have a go-lucky attitude, and tends to be a bit mischievous and flirty. It's difficult for him to stay calm when in grave danger as he will scream and panic. He loves to put a smile on people's faces, and enjoys scaring others from time to time as well. He also loves a good prank weather the jokes on him or someone else. He's fairly outgoing unless someone appears intimidating to him. His curiosity gets the best of him most times. He doesn't like to take orders from others, and will ignore them or do the opposite of what they said. Though, he will do anything for a kitty treat.

Bio
Cece was born at an uncharted area near Hang Castle. The family of Cheshire Cats enjoyed poking around the spooky area, frightening off creatures or people who lurked about. Unfortunately his mother died while giving birth to his little sister, Fuse. Cece and his brother, Ghost didn't get along to well, but his sister, Fuse did. They would sometimes play pranks, or annoy Ghost for the fun of it.
A few years ago a strong thunder storm occurred, and separated what was left of the family. It was heavily raining making it difficult to see what was ahead. They did their best to stay close to one another, but the loud cracks of lightening and booming thunder startled Cece and Fuse causing them to run off in fear. They had no idea where they were going, but didn't care much about it at the time. After the storm blew over they realized they were in a location they didn't recognize. They traveled in search for civilization, and they soon came across station square where they currently reside.
His little sister found an interest in explosives, and soon discovered her talent for making them. They now have a small business in selling explosives. Cece works for Fuse and delivers the explosives to the one's who ordered them. They don't really care what the costumer uses the explosives for as long as they get paid.
Extra: He hardly ever stops grinning.
When delivering explosives he wears goggles, and occasionally a helmet, and drives his recently bought dirt bike to make a quick delivery.

Special Attacks:
Scary Face: Cece turns invisible and projects his glowing eyes and his grin full of rows of sharp teeth as a large image in the darkness of the shadows in attempt to frighten his foe. This only works at night, or in dark places.
Bombs away: If he has any explosives with him he wont hesitate to use them, but the more that go off, the more that comes out of his paycheck as these are meant to be delivered to the buyer not for his own combat uses.
Slashy slashy: Cece is able to extend his razor sharp claws to be about a foot and a half long to keep a bit of distance between him and his foe as he slashes away. His claws are fairly sharp and can easily dig into the flesh. They could even cut up wood, but nothing more than that like rock or metal.
Now you see me, now you don't: Cece turns invisible with his cloths and body fading away first, and leaving his glowing eyes, toothy grin, and stripes hanging around for a second longer before vanishing as well.
