New Board: OOC RP

I've thought of another board to add to the OOC section; the OOC RP board.

It would be for if you wanted to RP things that would be considered OOC if you wanted to experiment with your characters or whatnot. It would allow people to rp situations that would have no effect in the actual board rp, or even allow people to rp as canon characters they do not have dibbed.

Basically a free-for-all with no in-story consequence. Waddaya think?
